John Rish Ladica provides website development, landing page design, website maintenance, and Google Business Profile setup services. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in writing before work begins.
Submitting a booking form does not constitute a binding agreement. It initiates a conversation. A project begins only after both parties agree to a written scope and payment terms.
Payment terms are specified per project. A deposit is typically required before work begins. Remaining balance is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed.
Upon full payment, the client receives full ownership of the deliverables. Source code, design files, and assets are transferred at project completion.
John Rish Ladica is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered websites. Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation before formal proceedings.
